Design TOS

By buying a design from me on any platform, you are agreeing to my terms of service.

You cannot put your TOS over my designs

Toyhouse• You must have a Toyhouse to buy my designs.• Toyhouse entries must be made for all of my designs.• If these entries are deleted, I will assume the buyer wants to destroy the design, in which I will take possession of the design back.

Resale• You cannot sell my designs for more than you bought them for unless the character has art drawn of them after sale that you have paid for.• If you obtain one of my designs via raffle or trade, the character cannot be sold for currency unless extra art is made after the design is obtained.• After receiving one of my designs, whether it be from trade, sale, or by any other means, they are immediately placed on a two week (14 day) trading and selling cooldown.

Payment• When buying my designs in any capacity, you must be able to pay immediately. 24 hours will be given to pay for the design you bought.• If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will go to the previous bidder or resell the design.

Blacklist• Any violation of my TOS will result in a blacklist.• When blacklisted, you cannot own any of my designs or try to bid on any design I am selling.
- This includes buying my designs from another person or persons• If caught knowingly selling to a blacklisted user, you will then be blacklisted as well.• I can revoke ownership of any design if my TOS is violated.• If you are blacklisted, I reserve the right to list you publicly as a blacklisted user, as well as the reason.

Misc• I can refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.• Before redesigning a character I have designed, you must get my approval first.• My art and designs cannot be used for commercial use. They can only be used for personal use.

Commissions TOS

By commissioning me on any platform, you are agreeing to my terms of service.

• I can refuse a commission for any reason.Art usage• My art cannot be used for commercial use. This includes NFTs.• My art is only for personal use with proper credit.

Credit• Your commissioned art may be uploaded to Toyhouse with proper credit.• Do not repost your commission to any platform without properly crediting me. Proper credit would be "Art by @Airosumisu."• You can use your commission as an icon, page decoration, etc. as long as I am credited.

Commission conduct• Commissions can take up to 2 months.• Updates on your commission can be requested.• Payment will be received after the sketch is completed. If I have started the commission in any way, you are obligated to pay me the agreed price.• No refunds.

Blacklist• Any violation of my TOS will result in a blacklist.• When blacklisted, you can no longer commission me or use my art.
- This includes art from me of any character you have received.

• If caught commissioning me in place of a blacklisted user, you will be blacklisted as well.• I can revoke rights to use my art if my TOS is violated.• If you are blacklisted, I reserve the right to list you publicly as a blacklisted user, as well as the reason.• None of my designs can be used for any breeding or kits in any capacity. This rule is mostly for closed species but is applicable for all my designs.
